The TRX represented a new stage in the development of the radial technique : the casing and the rim are designed together and suited to the specific needs of the vehicle. This tyre reconciles two contradictory requirements : greater comfort (previously only provided by high, flexible sidewalls) and more precise steering (normally given by low, rigid sidewalls).
